Grande Dunes Commercial/Retail
Commercial Development within Grande Dunes has taken many shapes over the past two decades. Existing commercial development includes multiple resort hotels, traditional retail centers and a medical campus anchored by the Grande Strand Medical Center. The bulk of the planned commercial property within Grande Dunes has been developed with +/- 29.28 acres of commercial and mixed-use land remaining for development.
Grande Dunes Ocean Club
The Ocean Club is the social centerpiece of Grande Dunes. Its spectacular layout, a Roger Rulewich Group design, is positioned on a high bluff creating a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway, Grande Dunes Marina and the four-diamond resort, Marina Inn at Grande Dunes.

Designed by PGA Hall of Fame inductee Nick Price and award-winning golf course architect Craig Schreiner, the Member’s Club offers a classical inland style and features generous fairways and newly renovated bunkers. This par-71 course offers championship level challenges to all golfers, with 5 sets of tees ranging from 4300 to over 7000 yards. The large and undulating bent grass greens create a different challenge every time you play. Now open for limited outside play, this unique Myrtle Beach venue gives everyone the chance to be treated like a Member.
