The new home community of Islecrest at Grande Dunes, being developed on an approximate 36 acre parcel of land, will have one of the premier locations in all of Grande Dunes, with numerous homesites directly along the Intracoastal Waterway. Given the proximity to the Grande Dunes Marina, this section of the master planned community of Grande Dunes is also being referred to as “Marina Village”
